LED Driver Manufacturing
Manufacturing of LED drivers to your approved design, with board assembly, wiring and housing coordinated for consistent builds at an annual capacity of about 5 million units. Output ratings and connectors are agreed during sample approval.
SMT Board Assembly
LED driver and lighting control boards assembled on in-house SMT lines with solder paste, optical and X-ray inspection steps and MES-driven traceability, supporting repeatable electronics quality for lighting products. Coverage is confirmed per design.
LED Bulb, Bar and Batten Assembly
Assembly of LED bulbs, LED bars and batten lights, with drivers, boards and housings coordinated for consistent builds. Wattage, colour temperature and housing options are agreed during scoping and confirmed through sample approval with your team.
Ageing and Photometric Testing
Automatic ageing conveyors calibrated for LED lighting products, plus photometric testing labs, thermal test chambers and high-temperature life testing racks in the R&D facility, supporting long-term product viability. Test plans are agreed per product.
Housing and Moulding Support
In-house injection moulding for plastic components including LED driver housings, helping coordinate enclosure and electronics from one manufacturing partner. Tooling, materials and finishes are agreed with your team before any mould work begins.
OEM and ODM Collaboration
